Man, birthing this blog was kind of like birthing a gangly giraffe or possibly a many-tentacled octopus. I could never have done it without my main squeeze. (Thanks, Dave!) But done it is, and here before you.

This blog was born because I kind of decided that the new year deserved a fresh start. I finally finished university and am about to embark on my real, grown-up life. (You know, despite the fact that I’m already 28.) I wanted something more personal, more relevant to me, somewhere I could just collect anything and everything I wanted. Things I want to remember, want to do, want to make, want to look back on in the future.

So that’s where the idea for this blog came from. It’s a chronicle of the things I’m doing right now, today, and a compendium of things I want to remember for tomorrow.

So yeah, I think it’s all up and running now. Ready? Set? And…go!
